Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) m555 account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. m555 employs technical and manual detection systems to identify multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and outstanding balances, including winnings derived from bonus play, will be forfeited.
During registration, the Player agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by m555 for account creation or KYC purposes. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their m555 account credentials. m555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to keep credentials secure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Settings page. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to m555 support immediately.
m555 is required under its international operating licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered Players. These checks are a mandatory regulatory requirement and are not optional. KYC verification is typically required before the processing of a Player's first withdrawal and may also be required following unusual account activity, large transaction volumes, or as part of routine compliance reviews.

The minimum single deposit amount is Rs200. Maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
All deposits are credited to the Player's m555 wallet in real time for digital wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods. m555 does not charge deposit fees, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges over which m555 has no control.
By making a deposit on m555, the Player warrants that they are the rightful owner of the payment method used and that the funds deposited are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. m555 does not permit withdrawal to a different payment instrument than that used for the original deposit unless the original method is no longer operable and alternative arrangements have been approved by m555's compliance team.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Cash OTC withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. m555 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified by live chat or email if their withdrawal is subject to additional review.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in accordance with the relevant promotion's terms. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before participating. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, m555 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the applicable stake to the Player's balance. m555's decision in respect of technical malfunctions is final. No claim for loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction will be entertained.
Sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL and international matches), football, UFC, and other sporting events, are subject to the specific rules of the m555 sportsbook as published in the betting section. Markets may be suspended or voided at m555's discretion in response to event postponements, abandonment, rule changes, or regulatory requirements.
Any dispute relating to a game outcome or betting settlement must be raised with m555 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. m555's adjudication of disputes is conducted in good faith and its decision, following review, is final subject to applicable law.

The Player is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the m555 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any m555 content without prior written authorisation.
The m555 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered or unregistered trademarks of m555. Unauthorised use of m555 trademarks in any context is prohibited and may constitute infringement actionable under applicable intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with: (a) the Player's use of or inability to use the m555 platform; (b) any technical malfunction, server outage, or connectivity issue; (c) any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals due to factors outside m555's reasonable control; or (d) any decision made by a Player in reliance on information published on the m555 platform.
m555's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net real-money deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit m555's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
m555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where m555 reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player's account activity poses a regulatory, fraud, or financial risk to m555; (c) continued operation of the account would contravene m555's licensing obligations; or (d) the Player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, m555 reserves the right to withhold any balance, including real-money deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, funds may be forfeited permanently.
A Player may close their own m555 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure does not release the Player from any financial obligations to m555 outstanding at the time of closure. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, net of any outstanding obligations, will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.
m555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at m555.today/terms-conditions, accompanied by the date on which the version was last updated.
For material amendments — those that substantively alter the Player's rights or obligations — m555 will notify registered Players via email or SMS to the contact details held on file, where reasonably practicable, at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. For minor or administrative amendments, no prior notice period is required.
A Player's continued use of the m555 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms are entitled to close their account in accordance with Section 14 before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m555 holds its operating licence. Players acknowledge that m555 operates as an internationally licensed gaming operator and that disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by the applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict a Player's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are ordinarily resident. Pakistani Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable Pakistani law that cannot be excluded by contract.
